Nia
The physical location of Nia International Headquarters located to Portland, Oregon, in 1991. Sadly, the beginning of 2021 saw the closure of the dance Studio. This is where many routines were filmed, many belt training were held, and so many great and precious memories were made. I consider myself so fortunate to have been able to have two Portland visits while the Studio was still operational. The administration of this huge organisation is still carried out here.

Nia On Demand
Online Nia became available to the world at the end of 2017, and again, Nia leads the field in innovation with this. Now you can have access to classes, podcasts, music and more, anywhere and anytime.
I was first introduced to Nia in 2008, and found that classes were not available in my city. So I got online and ordered a couple of DVD workouts from HQ. These became my living room Nia class for several years. It wasn’t such a bad thing... I got to sort out some of my unco-ordination difficulties in the privacy of my home. With Nia On Demand you can work at your own pace and at a time that suits you.
